Summary: Excellent all the way around, with one caveat... the power blinds on the property, particularly the upstairs bedroom, had no operating instructions which would have been extremely helpful. Their wall switch was also hidden behind the bedroom lamp. Their operation was also intermittent but maintenance straitened that issue out.
